In the heritage-protected rooms of Bieberbau, historic ambiance, personal hospitality, and distinctive cuisine converge. Whether for a private celebration, company dinner, communion, or workshop – groups of up to 60 people will find a stylish yet relaxed setting for shared moments with us.

Our cuisine follows the seasons and draws its inspiration from herbs, berries, and fruits from forests, fields, and gardens. Our ingredients are processed with respect and great care. Vegetarian and vegan menus, as well as individual solutions for allergies and intolerances, are, of course, available.

The cuisine is accompanied by a curated wine list and a carefully selected non-alcoholic pairing.

Private Atmosphere for Small and Large GroupsA separate room is available for groups of up to ten people. During regular opening hours, we do not charge a room rental fee or service charge. No additional room rental fee applies even for larger groups.

During the warmer months, our terrace extends the experience outdoors – for an aperitif in the greenery or a relaxed meal under the open sky. Quietly located on a bicycle street yet easily accessible, Bieberbau is a place for celebrations, encounters, and enjoyable shared time.
