Character begins with origin.

Our wine list follows the idea of making origin and character tangible in the glass. The focus is on great German growths, above all Riesling and Pinot Noir. The selection is complemented by several international grape varieties that enrich our cuisine with further facets.

Excellent wineries, fairly priced

Special attention is paid to the renowned VDP wineries and their consistent engagement with origin, terroir, and artisanal tradition. The wines are selected for their independence and expression—with the aim of bringing personalities into the glass while underlining the signature of our cuisine. A deliberately fair pricing strategy is intended to provide access to special wines and invite guests to discover less familiar options.

Small bottles, great possibilities

Half-bottles hold a special place in our selection. They create the freedom to accompany individual courses with different wines and to refine the connection between wine and cuisine even more precisely. In this way, each combination can develop its own expression and accompany the character of a dish in an individual way.

Non-alcoholic with high standards

We also view non-alcoholic wines and beverages as an independent part of a contemporary wine pairing. Selected qualities with depth, structure, and character open up new perspectives on our cuisine—not as an alternative, but as a deliberate and equivalent form of accompaniment.
